Toxic Thoughts - What Does It Include?

....Was wir über andere denken, hat viel mit uns und unserer Wahrnehmung zu tun. Dahinter steht unser Wertesystem...What we think of others has a lot to do with us and our perception. Behind this is our value system.....

What we think of others has a lot to do with us and our perception. Behind this is our value system.

Our Brain - a Scientific Challenge

Ever since scientific research institutionalized epigenetics, new discoveries have come onto the 'market' almost every day, which are always surprising. Not for good Bible and prophecy connoisseurs, however.

While psychology tries to help people learn to deal with toxic thoughts, biblical thought tries to make us aware that there is a solution and that one does not have to be at the mercy of destructive thoughts.

The desire to get rid of toxic mindsets is everywhere. Indeed, it is possible. We can renew our minds. Today the biblical principles are scientifically supported.

Caution: The more extreme the symptoms of the illness due to toxic thoughts, the more important it is to be looked after by specialists.

In the case of severe mental disorders, a visit to a specialist is necessary. However, even then, a healthy lifestyle (NEWSTART PLUS) will have a very positive effect.

Today, in the information age, which is doubling every few years worldwide, we have a better understanding of how we can influence our thoughts, feelings and our bodies.

What are Toxic Thoughts?

Toxic thoughts are like poison. They can destroy our health, our relationships and our existential added value (success).

ONE thought alone can become a physical, emotional or even spiritual danger. Thoughts are measurable these days. They are active, grow, change and influence our decisions, words, actions and every physical reaction.

....Jeder Gedanke hat das Potenzial, dass er das Gehirn und den Körper - zum Guten oder Schlechten - verändern kann...Every thought has the potential to change the brain and the body - for better or for worse.....

Every thought has the potential to change the brain and the body - for better or for worse.

Toxic thoughts do not arise as a result of abuse or trauma. They affect us all at all ages. Even the smallest annoyance can become toxic.

The consequence of toxic thinking affects our body in the form of stress. Stress is the general term for extreme stress on the physical system from toxic thinking. Damage is the result: memory gaps, mental disorders, weakening of the immune system, heart and digestive problems. See next blog.

There are a number of studies that make it clear that up to 80% of modern diseases can be viewed as a direct result of our thought life.

Why is the problem of toxic thinking unknown?

We live in a scientific revolution today. In the past, when doctors couldn't find a cause for an illness, they might say: "You are just imagining it." A biological cause of mental illness was not seen as fundamental.

The brain was seen as a machine that wears out and is largely defined by our genes.

Today we know that we are not victims of biology. We can turn on our brains, renew our minds, change and heal ourselves. There is hope for children with learning difficulties, patients with head injuries, and people seeking inner peace.

This rigid mind-body separation is over. Since thoughts can be measured nowadays, it is known that they have an impact on our entire life.

....Wir haben heute in den meisten Ländern ein hoch entwickeltes Gesundheitssystem. Trotzdem bleibt der Mensch in seiner wirklichen Ursachenfindung und Befriedigung von Grundbedürfnissen oft vernachlässigt...We have a highly developed health system …

We have a highly developed health system in most countries today. Nevertheless, people often remain neglected in their real search for causes and the satisfaction of basic needs.

How do toxic thoughts work?

How do they differ from healthy thoughts?

Toxic thoughts are thoughts that trigger negative and fearful feelings, which in turn produce biochemical substances that stress the body. They are stored in both the mind and the body cells.

There are certain topics (2 blogs follow) that can cause serious damage and should therefore be rejected. How about a 'brainwashing' or brain cleaning for the purpose of detoxification?

Thoughts, positive or negative, are electrical impulses, chemical substances, and nerve cells. They resemble a tree. The more the thoughts develop, the more branches the tree receives. By changing the mind, the tree also changes.

Our value system is always addressed with every thought. Our attitude is activated and can even be made visible in chemical substances.

  1. A positive attitude leads to the release of a 'correct' amount of chemical substances.

  2. A negative attitude falsifies the chemical release so that it becomes irritated.

These chemical substances are tough. As cell-like signals, they transmit the information to the body and mind, which can then trigger a feeling.

In this way, the body and mind can be positively and negatively influenced. We can perceive this influence in our feelings ourselves. (Risk of accident, wedding proposal, "I'm pregnant !!", termination ...)

For every memory we have stored a corresponding emotion, and that in the brain and as a copy in the body cells. That's sensational, isn't it? First are the thoughts, then follow the feelings, which lead to a reaction in the body and mind. This is called a psychosomatic network.

....Ja früher, das waren noch Zeiten. Kein Fernseher, kein Handtelefon, kein Internet... Mensch, hab ich was verpasst deswegen ?..Yes, those were the days. No TV, no phone, no internet ... man, did I miss something because of that?....

. man, did I miss something because of that?

So as soon as a memory of a certain situation is called up, feelings that were produced many years ago can be relived.

Experiment:

Try to remember a sad experience. The more intensely you succeed in this, the stronger the feelings are set in motion by chemical substances from the past and from the present moment. You may now have become angry, or frustrated, or sad. Sorry If you manage to regain your balance with a positive experience, then congratulations !!

Whatever works: As soon as we smile - it can be a grimace - however we feel, the laughing muscle 'speaks' to the brain and reports 'everything is ok'. You should do this for at least a minute if your soul is down. Psychosomatics sends its regards.

Today, thanks to epigenetics, we know that our experiences can have an influence even on genes. This can change the cell predisposition. In this way, diseases can 'fix' themselves in the body. But as soon as we think non-toxic, "feel-good" substances are released, which give us a feeling of inner peace and accelerate healing and also give us better storage capacity and sharper thinking. This increases among other things. the emotional intelligence! (Blog on this follows)

In the following blogs we will think about how we can 'conquer' stress and gain better control over our emotions.

As we think, so are we!

There is usually more to life than what we mean. We give up quickly or are satisfied with little. Toxic thoughts screw up a better life. That can not be. Let's get on the sunny side of life!
