A new year begins. Certainly a good time to think about a better quality of life. Here are a few tips on how to optimize your own life. Lots of courage and strength!

Resolutions are usually made at the beginning of the year. Many are so good that it is a shame if they are forgotten again. How can such goals really be put into practice so that the whole family and environment can benefit from them?

It should not be that good resolutions and goals like

  • investing more time with the family

  • to eat and live healthier

  • to do more exercise and sport

  • relieve unnecessary stress

  • stop smoking and drinking alcohol

are simply forgotten - despite initial motivation!
